All sales are final unless the item received does not match the description provided. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Items are shipped via insured mail to protect both buyer and seller. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and item value. We ship worldwide and provide tracking information for all orders.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
